- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee, as we rely on this time to allocate resources effectively.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service may be charged.
2. Refund Policy

- After the Job is Done: Once the service is completed and the job is signed off, no refund will be issued for any reason. We encourage you to inspect the work upon completion and bring up any concerns immediately, so we can address them on the spot.
3. Guarantee and Rework Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not fully satisfied with the dryer vent cleaning, we offer a 12-month Guarantee from the date of service.
- Rework Guarantee: If you experience any issues related to the quality of the cleaning service within 12 months and can demonstrate that the work was not performed to a satisfactory standard, we will return and fix the issue at no additional cost.
